Shipping policy
We will try to fulfill your order accurately and promptly according to the items specified by you in your order and the personal and delivery details you have provided.
The delivery dates quoted will be subject to the service provider's conditions, meaning that delays can occur or may be affected by such things as weather, transport restrictions etc. We do not accept orders where 'time is of the essence', particularly given current levels of general on-line orders and the pressure on shipment providers to fulfil time scales, but we will ensure we try to process your order promptly. If there are forseeable delays, such as strikes, non-delivery days, holidays etc. then these should be taken into account.
We will not be responsible for late or non-delivery of goods if your delivery information is inaccurate or your carrier cannot contact you.
Delivery days are usually Business Working Days. These may vary by provider or type of service offered or chosen. As a rule we suggest you do not include Saturdays or Sundays as delivery days unless those days are offered as an option at time of ordering.
We do not offer any delivery methods other than those given at time of ordering.
