Refund policy

Where your item has been cut to order eg. a fabric or trimming, then we do not offer a refund.

If you need a specific colour, shade or weight of fabric then we would encourage you to obtain a swatch or sample. Please bear in mind that rolls can vary so if your sample is not current there may also be a variation and you should order as soon as possible. If you have requested a sample and the stock sells out then the cost of the sample is not refundable, but we would normally inform you if the stock is low when you request the sample. In general, most of our stock is checked for faults, flaws or variations upon arrival- we are probably one of the only stores to do this. Your order will also be checked again upon cutting and preparation for dispatch. If we offer an item with a fault, and this is acceptable to you, then we will indicate on the piece.

Fabric is not returnable once cut into or otherwise processed. No guarantee is given with reference to colour fastness, durability, compatibility or safety compliance properties and standards unless given in writing by us. We will give our professional opinion as to the suitability of items in product descriptions but cannot foresee all the circumstances of intended use. Please ask us if you have Queries about this.
